Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@beastleemade.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a RMA#, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The consumer is responsible for shipping cost of the return item along with a receipt of your original purchase and the given RMA#.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note, all items are handmade, and every item may have slight imperfections and variations that add character to your uniquely made product. BEASTLEEMADE has the right to refuse any and all returns/refunds/services without any notice at any given time. We do not cover any warranties or repairs on what we deem as self inflicted/manipulated damages. Fees may be applied to product restoration.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned / exchanged / refunded on custom products (such as; special orders, personalized items, or anything with a price ending in $.97). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items : anything with a price ending in $.97 or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
If approved, you’ll be assigned an RMA# where you will be responsible for shipping the return item back to the given return address. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Your purchase will then be refunded to your original payment method and/or alternative forms of payment at our discretion. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

** Disclaimer **
*Patina and aging in brass hardware is a natural occurrence, while some people desire this look it may be easily removed. Mix 1 teaspoon salt, 1 part vinegar and enough baking soda to make a paste, rub & rinse with water.

*While PVD Coated Brass is highly durable, long lasting, scratch resistant and won't wear off on its own, it may still be susceptible chipping. Exchanges, Returns, or Repairs may not be applicable for PVD coated items.

*All our products are handmade to order, for this reason we cannot take any returns or exchanges.

**Liability** 
Beastleemade.com, Beastleemade and/or Beastlee is not to be held liable for any damages in any form, including but not limited to; defect in material or workmanship, manipulation, damage, misuse or improper use of products, accident or death regardless of the cause, negligent or faulty design. Any performance specifications are believed to be true, but are not verified. The consumer shall not rely on any data and performance provided by Beastleemade.com. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of any products, to test and verify before use.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, defects, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

The consumer hereby waives all liability claims against Beastleemade, Beastleemade.com, and/or Beastlee, its employees, partners, owners, members, affiliates, distributors, and retailers.**
